These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd19 platform and all its services. 3.3 VIP Program

bd19's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%. Moving to a higher tier depends on your regularity and level of play. bd19 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

4.1 Deposit Rules

For deposits, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
• To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• If fraud or a breach of account rules is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bd19 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion facility is provided.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

• Bets will be accepted within the designated time before the match starts. For live betting, bets placed after the market closes will be void.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned (before the result is declared), all bets will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, bd19's decision will be considered final.
• The outcome of bets placed on matches under investigation for match-fixing or other irregularities may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd19 and if any of them occur, the account may be immediately closed and funds forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system — claiming bonuses with multiple accounts or using bonus conversion methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities or any other technical means.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing one's identity.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the environment of the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating on behalf of a professional betting syndicate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bd19 will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by temporary service disruption due to server downtime, maintenance or technical errors.
• Game disconnection caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Transaction failure due to delays or issues with third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access resulting from sharing your account password with others or from carelessness.
• Legal issues arising from the user's breach of local law.

8.1 Account Closure by bd19

bd19 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or false information.
• Being underage or use by an ineligible person.
• Direction from a legal authority.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advisable to withdraw any available funds before closing your account. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
